The yarn showed up packed nicely and stayed dry, so no complaints there. The box did have a dent in it, probably thanks to whoever tossed it around during shipping, but everything inside was totally fine.

The staff knew their stuff when it came to the yarns. I told them what I was working on, and they helped me find the right weight and fiber without making it feel complicated. They explained the options in plain, normal language and weren’t pushy at all. I left feeling confident about what I picked. Really nice experience overall.

I got some really nice yarn for cheaper thanks to a discount, and I’m happy with it. I don’t see what there is to complain about when the quality is good and the price is lower than usual

I found the yarn I needed quickly — always a relief. The site was easy to get around, and checkout was smooth, no weird issues or anything. My order shipped when it was supposed to, and the colors looked just like the photos, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely order again.

"Dye lots ended up matching perfectly"
I ordered the same Yarn about a week apart and was kind of worried the colors wouldn’t match, because you know how dye lots can be, and then I started thinking about having one sleeve slightly off or something. But both skeins came from the same dye lot and they match really well. I’m so relieved. It makes finishing my sweater feel a lot less stressful.

They had way more brands and colors than the local shops near me, and I found exactly what I needed quickly. I do try to shop local when I can, but I also think it’s fair to choose a place that actually has the options you need and doesn’t waste your time.

I stopped in while visiting Northampton, and it ended up being one of those small moments I’ll remember from the trip. The staff helped me find matching Yarn really quickly, but still gave me space to wander and enjoy looking around without feeling watched. Checkout was simple, and I left feeling happy with what I found. I’d definitely go back if I’m in town again.

Ordered online and picked it up locally, and it was quick. Saved me from paying shipping, which is always nice. My only gripe is the pickup hours are kinda lame — wish they stayed open a bit longer instead of making it a whole little hassle.

"Fun classes, and now I have more projects"
I’ve taken a couple classes through yarn.com and had a really good time. The teachers explain things in a way that actually clicks, even when I’m sitting there totally confused at first. I also keep checking the events page because there’s usually something fun going on, which is probably their fault for making it so easy to get interested in more stuff. The whole vibe feels friendly and not too formal, which I really appreciate. I fully blame them for making me want to start even more projects.

I knew pretty much right away I’d ordered the wrong color, so I figured the exchange might be a pain. It wasn’t. The return instructions were easy to follow, everything got handled quickly, and my replacement showed up without any drama. that was enough for me to decide I’d order from yarn.com again.
